Returns & Exchanges Online
We've made returns and exchanges simple through your account. Log in, find your order, and select the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
Please read the information below before starting your return or exchange.
Returns
You have 14 days from the day your order is delivered to return your items.
Returns are free — we don't charge a return fee.
Returned items must:
- Be unworn and in their original condition.
- Have all original tags attached.
- Be free from perfume, makeup, smoke, or other signs of wear.
- Be returned in suitable packaging.
Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, this typically takes 5-10 business days.
Free Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer free exchanges on all eligible orders. Simply choose "Exchange" when starting your return and select your preferred size or item. Once your return has been received and approved, we'll ship your replacement as quickly as possible.
Gift Card + 10%
Prefer to shop later? Choose a gift card as your refund method and we'll add 10% extra value.
Example: refund value 500 kr. — gift card received 550 kr.
Your gift card will be sent to your email as soon as your return has been processed.
Cancel an Order
Changed your mind? If your order hasn't been processed yet, log in to your account to request a cancellation.
If your order has already been shipped, please start a return instead.

Shipping
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier, and are estimates only, not guarantees.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We currently ship within Denmark, with more regions coming soon.
