Terms of service

These Terms of Service ("terms") apply when you visit shopvelad.com, create an account, or shop with V€LAD ("we", "us", "our"). We run the store through Shopify, which provides the underlying platform. By using this site, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Account and access

You must be of legal age, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use V€LAD. The information you give us, for example when creating an account or making a purchase, must be accurate and up to date. You're responsible for keeping your account and login details secure, and you may not transfer your account to anyone else.

Our products

We do our best to represent our products accurately, but colors and details may look slightly different depending on your screen. We can update product descriptions, stop selling an item, or limit how much can be purchased, at any time.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a binding agreement until we've confirmed it and received payment. We can refuse or cancel orders, for example if we suspect a pricing error or fraud, so please check your order carefully before submitting it. Returns and exchanges follow our return and refund policy. Purchases from us are for personal use, not resale.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you see at checkout and may change without notice. The price you pay is the one in effect at the time of ordering, and excludes shipping and any duties unless stated otherwise. You must provide accurate payment details and are responsible for ensuring your payment method covers the amount.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. We're not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or anything outside our control. Risk in the goods passes to you once they're handed to the carrier.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logo and design, belongs to V€LAD or our licensors and may not be used, copied, or distributed without our written permission. V€LAD's name and logo are our trademarks; Shopify's name and logo belong to Shopify.

Third-party tools and links

The site may include tools or links from third parties that we don't control. We provide them "as is" and aren't responsible for your use of them. Always check their own terms before using them.

Our relationship with Shopify

Shopify provides the platform behind the store, but all purchases happen between you and V€LAD. Shopify isn't a party to the transaction and can't be held responsible for issues with your purchase.

Personal data

We handle your personal data according to our privacy policy. Because the site is hosted by Shopify, Shopify also processes certain data on our behalf in order to deliver the service.

Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions, or reviews, we may use them freely, including commercially, without paying you for them or keeping them confidential. You confirm that anything you send is your own, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's rights or contain anything illegal or harmful.

Errors and corrections

If errors slip in, for example in prices, descriptions, or stock levels, we reserve the right to correct them and, if necessary, cancel an order, even after you've placed it.

Prohibited use

You may only use the site lawfully and appropriately. You may not harass others, spread false information, send spam, impersonate someone else, collect other people's personal data, spread harmful code, scrape or automate access to the site (including with AI agents or bots), or otherwise try to bypass our security measures. If you breach these terms, we may close your account without notice.

Automated agents

If you use an AI agent or similar automated tool to act on your behalf on the site, it must clearly identify itself as an agent, including in the user-agent string, must not pretend to be human, must answer truthfully about whether it's a bot, and must not attempt to bypass security measures such as CAPTCHA. We may restrict agent access to the site at any time.

Termination

We may close your access to the site at any time and without notice, if we consider it necessary. Provisions that by their nature should continue, such as those on rights, liability, and personal data, also apply after termination.

Disclaimer

Content on this site is for general information. We don't guarantee that everything is accurate, complete, or up to date, and any use of it is at your own risk. The site and our products are provided "as is", without warranties, neither that the site always works flawlessly, nor that a product will exactly match your expectations.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither V€LAD nor Shopify is liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, lost profits, or similar arising from your use of the site or our products.

Indemnification

If you breach these terms, applicable law, or someone else's rights, you cover the losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, this may cause us.

General provisions

If any part of these terms is found invalid, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right immediately doesn't mean we waive it. These terms are the entire agreement between us and replace any earlier agreements. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without our consent; we may do so freely. These terms are governed by Danish law, and any disputes are settled in Danish courts.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after an update is published means you accept the new terms.
